Cool Christmas Shows was founded by award-winning writer/producer Mark William Butler, who has a long history of cool Christmas shows and songs, and is now organizing his catalog into a one-stop shop for everything on your cool and crazy Christmas wish list, including production, licensing, and work-for-hire. His holiday treats include "Ugly Christmas Sweater, The Musical", which was selected for the New York Musical Festival, the New York New Works Theatre Festival, and the TRU Voices New Musicals Reading Series, "The Kris Kringle Christmas  Special", which had its NYC debut in 2022, and the one-act stocking stuffers "Bad Christmas Sweater", "Vote for Santa" and "Santa Claus Quits Christmas, Moves to NYC, and Starts a Podcast". He also has a jukebox full of holiday tunes

ranging from heartfelt ballads to naughty novelty numbers, and two holiday podcasts in development. He is also a published short story writer, poet and journalist, as well as a non-profit event producer. Mark is a member of
